Is there a per-student fee?

No. Most studio software charges by student count, so your bill climbs every time you grow — and inactive students often still count toward the total. Ida OS is one flat price for unlimited students, whether you pay monthly or annually.

Monthly or annual — what's the difference?

Same product either way. Monthly is $69/month with no commitment. Annual works out to $62.10/month (billed yearly) — a 10% discount for paying up front. You can switch between them anytime from your studio settings.

What about payment processing fees?

Tuition and one-time charges run through Stripe, and Stripe's standard processing fees are billed by Stripe directly. Ida OS doesn't add a markup on top.

We rent space across several studios. Does that cost extra?

No. Multiple studios and multiple owners are included in the flat price — that's normal for independent studios, not an enterprise add-on.

How hard is switching?

Most studios we work with are coming from spreadsheets, e-transfers, and Gmail rather than other software. Paste or upload your existing roster and Ida OS imports your families and students in one step, then invite everyone to their portal at once — and we help with your plans and schedule during onboarding.

Can we cancel?

Anytime. Your families, payments, and records are yours — export your data and leave whenever you want.
