Switching questions
We’re mid-season. Can we switch?
Yes. You pick the cutover. We import the roster, help set your plans and the week, and invite families to the portal. The hard part is usually the payment method, not the records. That’s what the demo is for: walk the cutover on your real families, not a blank studio.
Do families have to put their card in again?
Each family updates the card in their portal, once, and manages the card themselves after that. Ida bills through your Stripe, with Stripe’s standard processing fees and no markup from us.
Do I have to set the studio up myself?
No. White-glove is the default. We sit with you on the roster, the week, and how you charge until it’s right. You don’t get a login and a help article.
