Managing your account
You can change your password, manage biometric unlock, and permanently delete your account from the Accounttab in the app. Deleting your account removes your sign-in and personal data; your studio's records are retained but unlinked from you.

Frequently asked questions
- How do I reset my password?
- Open the app, sign out, and choose “Use a magic link / email code instead” on the sign-in screen, or tap Forgot password on the web sign-in page. You can also change your password anytime under Account once signed in.
- How do I delete my account?
- In the app, go to the Account tab and tap “Delete my account”. This permanently removes your sign-in and personal data. Your studio's business records (such as past payments) are preserved but unlinked from you, as required for the studio's bookkeeping. Account deletion cannot be undone.
- How do payments work?
- Tuition, registration, workshops, and competition fees are real-world, in-person studio services billed through Stripe. Ida OS never stores your full card number — payment details are handled directly by Stripe.
- I'm a parent or student with a question about my data.
- Your studio manages your family and student records, so they are your first point of contact. For privacy-specific requests you can also reach us directly.
