Data & insights
/dashboard/dataData and Insights is your studio's numbers in one place — enrollment, revenue, attendance, and trials — for any window of time you choose. Open it from My Studio in the sidebar. Every trend is compared against the prior period of the same length, so each number tells you not just where you stand but which way you are moving.
Choosing the window
The page opens on the last 90 days. Buttons across the top switch to 30 days, 6 months, 12 months, or Year to date, and Custom opens a calendar where you pick your own start and end dates. Beside the buttons, a line spells out exactly which dates you are looking at and which prior period they are compared against. Charts follow the window automatically: ranges up to about three months are drawn week by week, longer ones month by month.
Note. Data and Insights is for studio admins, on the web dashboard. Instructors and families do not see it — revenue stays admin-only here as it does everywhere else in Ida OS.
The Overview tab
Overview is the pulse check: active students and families (with how many joined in your window), revenue collected, your attendance rate, your trial conversion rate, and how many families are past due — with each trend marked up or down against the prior period. Below the cards sit a revenue chart splitting tuition from one-time payments, your active dancers by level, and two lists worth acting on — students with low attendance and families currently past due — each with a button to the page where you fix it.
The four detail tabs
- Enrollment — the roster as it stands today: active, trial, and inactive student counts, your billing mix, and dancers by level, including a level-by-status table.
- Revenue — what you collected in the window, split into tuition and one-time payments, alongside what is still outstanding, the mix by payment type, and your top families by amount paid.
- Attendance — sessions marked, your attendance rate (present and late both count as attended), absences, a week-by-week trend, and class fill — how full each class ran against its capacity. A per-student table sorts the lowest rates to the top.
- Trials — trials started in the window, how many became members, and your conversion rate (counted over trials that have reached a decision — families still trying are excluded), plus where each recent trial stands today: converted, still active, ended, or cancelled.
Tip. A student attending under 70% of their sessions (with at least 3 marked) is flagged as at risk, on the Overview and Attendance tabs — so you can reach out before a quiet dancer becomes a cancelled one.
